Ingredients
- 230 g of all-purpose flour
- 225 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 75 ml of seed oil
- Orange zest
- 250 of liquid, composed by milk and the juice of one orange
Preparation
- In a bowl mix the flour, 150 g of sugar, salt, baking powder and the orange zest.
- Then, take another bowl, separate the yolks from the egg white, and beat them until stiff, adding sugar little by little, until you’ll obtain a good texture.
- Mix the milk with the orange juice, pouring more than half of the liquid in the first bowl together with the seed oil, then mix everything with an electric whisk for 1 minute.
- Add the rest of the liquid and the yolks in the same bowl and mix together with the electric whisk for 1 minute.
- Finally, add the whipped egg whites and mix everything from top to bottom.
- Transfer the mixture into a floured mold and bake at 175 degrees for 40-45 minutes, we suggest you to do the toothpick test: insert a toothpick into the cake, remove it and check if it is dry, this is a sign of a perfect cooking.

- 80 ml of seed oil
- 160 ml of orange or lemon juice

- 50 g of starch

- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a bowl, pour 2 eggs and the granulated sugar, mix with a whisk until the mixture becomes frothy.
- Add the seed oil slowly and continue whisking.
- Filter the orange or lemon juice through a strainer and add it to the mixture
- Add salt, flour, starch, baking powder, and previously grated zest.
- Mix everything delicately with a spatula and transfer the mixture into a buttered plum cake mold.

- 2 eggs
- 300 g of carrots
- 150 ml of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of seed oil
- 250 g of all–purpose flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla flavoring
Preparation
- Wash the carrots and mince them finely after cutting the ends.
- In a bowl, pour the milk, eggs, sugar, seed oil and mix well for a few minutes.
- Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla to the mixture and mix until you’ll obtain a smooth consistency.
- Pour the minced carrots into the mixture and mix everything together.
- Transfer the mixture into a well-floured cake pan and bake in your pre-heated oven to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
