Citrus Mostarda
Main Ingredients
Candied orange and lemon peel (52%) in variable proportion (orange peel and lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), sugar, water, glucose syrup, mustard flavour, flavourings. Gluten free.
Characteristics
The intense citrus flavours make this mostarda a real tribute to the South of Italy. Spicy but with a clean flavour that makes it a pleasant and agreeable taste.
Perfectly complements roast chicken and duck, roast beef and semi-mature cheeses. Also try it with smoked salmon and anchovies, to bring out the best in these dishes.
