Characteristics

Full-bodied and intense. A sauce with such an ideal consistency that you could dive right into it!
Ideal with Grana Padano DOP, Parmesan DOP, Piedmontese toma DOP, and alcohol-infused cheeses (such as those typically found in Treviso).
