660g Lazzaris chocolate ice cream; 300g Lazzaris vanilla ice cream; 80g cherry and ginger sauce; Mint for garnish
Shape the ice cream and then put it into a stainless steel mould libed with oven paper, chill in the freezer and then turn it out of the mould and cut into slices.
Alternate the slices of ice cream, putting the vanilla slices in the middle, and top with the Lazzaris cherry and giner sauce.
Decrate with the mint and serve.
