For 4 servings
16 lamb chops; mustard seeds as desired; Lazzaris fruit mostarda to taste; breadcrumbs, salt, oil, butter as required.
Mix the mustard seeds and the breadcrumbs together.
Gently beat the lamb chops and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Cook the chops on both sides in the oil and sprinkle with salt. Remove the cooking oil, add 1 or 2 knobs butter and allow to brown.
Sprinkle over the chops arranged on a plate and serve with the mostarda.
