For 4 skewers
4 fresh prawns; Lazzaris fruit mostarda; balsamic vinegar; butter, salt.
Clean the prawns and then thread the skewers alternately with the prawns and the fruit mostarda.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and cook the skewers for a few minutes until browned well on both sides.
Season with salt and sprinkle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Leave to evaporate and serve immediately
