For 4 people
500gr chicken cutlets cut into nuggets; 4 zucchini; 2 eggplants; zucchini flowers (if you desire); LAZZARIS pepper sauce
Brown in a pan the nuggets of chicken, add salt and pepper.
When they are cooked add the zucchini and the eggplant and sauté quickly.
Place the mixture on plates and garnish with the LAZZARIS pepper sauce and decorate with the zucchini flowers.
