Main Ingredients

Candied cedar 60% (cedar, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, colourings: Turmeric (E100) and Brillant Blue FCF (E133), antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), sugar, water, glucose syrup, mustard flavour, flavourings.

Characteristics

Sharp and refreshing with a fleshy texture. An often overlooked fruit, as it’s not always edible raw, but one which comes out perfectly in its candied form.
With lamb, mushrooms, and delicate fish, it offers interesting and tasty combinations.
