Main Ingredients

Figs 20%, candied figs 20% (figs, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), sugar, water, glucose syrup, mustard flavour, flavourings, colouring: E141 (Copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins).

Characteristics

The warmth and sweetness of the fig, the summer fruit which glazes over in the late August sun, releasing its unmistakeable scent. The taste never fails to leave an intense and fragrant memory.
A sauce that goes well with game, both pork and wild boar prosciutto, spicy Gorgonzola DOP, Roquefort DOP and mature Castelmagno DOP.
