Main Ingredients

Pepper Sauce
Peppers 56%, water, sugar, wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), acacia honey 1.4%, balsamic vinegar 1.1% (wine vinegar, cooked must, caramel), chili powder, lemon juice, salt, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, pepper, mustard flavoring, aromas. Gluten free.

Onion Sauce
Onions 47%, sugar, wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), water, candied orange 3% (oranges, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), salt, acidifier: citric acid, pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, flavourings. May contain mustard. Gluten Free

Characteristics

Pepper Sauce
Spicy, sweet and sour. A delicate note despite the intense character of the pepper.
It is suitable for fresh soft cheeses, but also the soft toma cheese and goat’s cheese, as well as red and white meats.

Onion Sauce
Soft and aromatic. Intense and tasty, works well with everything.
Adds a welcome bitter note to provolone, and an interesting note to roast beef.
